In 2010, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provided humanitarian assistance in 61 countries. MSF-USA supported work in 41 of these countries. Names are indicated solely for those countries and territories where MSF runs projects.

The countries in red are handled by the MSF-USA office and percentages represent the amount of funding received.
