Gender Pay Gap

Gender Pay Gap

Australian women earn 18% less than men which amounts to $1 million less over a lifetime. While women are more likely to complete university, they still learn $2,000 less than men in their first year after graduation, and $7,500 less after five years of graduating. Women retire with half the superannuation as men and less than 2% of top companies have women CEOs.
